Automated testing or QA Automation combines programming, QA, and analytics. It is the development of solutions to speed up the program's testing. Specialists in this area focus on two key challenges: writing code to test a product and optimizing routine processes to reallocate project team time for dealing with high-priority tasks. Thanks to automation, the product gets to users earlier, and this brings customers competitive advantages.
WHAT WILL I LEARN
The required minimum for entering the profession includes knowledge of one of the programming languages – most often Java, C # or Javascript.
During our training course, you may get Automation Engineer skills, and learn one of the “TOP 3” programming languages for a great career kick-off. Want to understand their peculiarities in terms of autotesting? Read the articles below:
- What languages do autotesters “speak”
- Choosing a programming language to start a career in QA Automation
TRAINING PROCESS
The training process consists of 2 stages:
- Self-paced. Online learning in a self-paced mode means that modules are completed self-dependently on coding platforms with community support in live chat and automated feedback.
- Blended mode. Blended mode means moving to advanced topics with the support of our engineers, who will guide you through challenging tasks as soon as you apply for the relevant stage.
Both parts include topics covering automated testing foundations: computer science, software development lifecycle, introduction to testing, version control, continuous integration, programming (Java, JavaScript, С#), clean code, frameworks, automation tools.
WHAT IS NEXT
After completing two stages of the training, you join the Automated Testing Lab and get an opportunity to receive a Job Offer from EPAM Uzbekistan. This training is available only for citizens Uzbekistan or individuals relocated to this country.
