Our learning path includes several stages, offering you a step-by-step approach to gaining in-depth knowledge in SAP Consulting. By participating, you will have the opportunity to:
- Immerse yourself into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software from SAP
- Explore its core business processes: Financial Accounting & Controlling, Material Management, Sales & Distribution and many others
Upon program completion, you will gain market-oriented soft & hard skills, which you may apply at our company or anywhere else in the IT industry.

Training process
The program consists of three stages:
- Over a period of ~2 weeks, you will have access to a Learn course that includes theoretical materials. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in evening introductory webinars three times a week, each lasting for three hours.
- If you successfully pass a technical quiz and interview with a recruiter, we will invite you to the next stage. It usually has a duration of ~2 months and features evening webinars lasting three hours, which are conducted three times per week. You will gain access to the SAP S/4HANA system, be assigned practical tasks and have the opportunity to participate in regular Q&A sessions with mentors.
- Depending on your progress, you can continue your path at our SAP Lab. It usually lasts ~2-4 months, depending on your weekly engagement and involves working on an individual project within a chosen direction.
Please mind that this training is only for citizens of Latvia and specialists relocated to this country for a permanent stay.
What is required for training:
- English speaking level from Intermediate (B1) and higher
- IT or economic, logistic, accounting experience and / or education
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
How to get started?
- Register on this page. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach the CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox or notifications tab.
- Take an English test available in your profile. You should reach the A2 (Pre-Intermediate) level result to proceed.
- Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the enrollment results and share further instructions for your learning journey if you are admitted.
