Our learning path is beginner-friendly, as we will teach you to offer top-notch user support from scratch. By participating, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Understand the fundamentals of IT Operations and IT Service Management  
  • Explore the best practices and guidelines for ensuring the quality of IT services  
  • Master popular knowledge management tools to gather, organize and share information effectively 
  • Learn how to provide holistic user support, ranging from identifying problems to troubleshooting 
  • Develop your soft skills, such as communication, problem-solving and stress management 

After completing the program, you will gain market-oriented expertise, which you may apply at our company or anywhere else in the IT industry. 

Training process

The program consists of two stages: 

  • The first one lasts ~2 months and requires ~15 hours of weekly engagement. You will explore self-study materials, complete assigned tasks and discuss your questions with EPAM mentors during weekly group Q&A sessions. 
  • If you show good results and successfully pass a technical interview, we'll consider you for open positions at EPAM or invite you to the next stage. It usually lasts ~1-3 months and requires ~20 hours of weekly engagement. 

Upon program completion, you may be able to continue your career journey based on your demonstrated skills and available opportunities at EPAM. 

What is required for training:

  • English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher 
  • Basic computer literacy 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and knack for active listening 

Nice to have: 

  • Basic knowledge of ITSM Services 
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach the CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox or notifications tab.  
  2. Take an English test available in your profile. You should complete it within 3 days after your registration date and reach the B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level result to proceed.  
  3. Pass a technical assessment. You should complete it within 3 days after your registration date and reach a score of 70% or above to proceed. 
  4. Have a phone interview with a recruiter. If you pass the tests successfully, we will contact you to ask some general questions. 
  5. Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the enrollment results and share instructions for your learning journey several days before the start.
